For one, if you look up, you'll see a beautiful skylight, bringing in sunlight from above which adds to the light coming in from the patio. You'll also capture an overhang of broken apart whiskey barrels (it's cool).

McCarthy's poured its first Guinness in 1996. They pour them the right way, and they only ask for a $6 bill in exchange. Behind the bar, you'll find an above average whiskey and beer selection from across the pond, and you'll have no problem finding some local options, especially when it comes to Bourbon.
